Erick Jiménez combines his valuable experience in both the public and private sectors, providing an added-value benefit for our customers. With this proactive approach that characterizes our Firm´s services, Erick provides preventive and corrective solutions arising in the development of new businesses in the telecommunications and energy sectors.

His solid professional practice has allowed him to develop relevant experience in his practice areas, which ranges from advising on public procurement processes to the cross application of his knowledge in bidding processes for radio spectrum frequencies and access to financial resources to finance universal access projects, activities in which he has successfully combined his accumulated knowledge in the telecommunications sector and public procurement practice.

Erick Jiménez has actively participated in the creation of significant regulations and bills of law, such as regulations related to Regional Electricity Market, telecommunications sector and recently in the new Government Procurement Law, the above as part of the law firm's tradition of actively participates in political advocacy to strengthen business climate and competitiveness. Erick has a law degree with a master's degree in tax advice. For almost a decade, he provided his services in the largest public telecommunications and energy company in Central America, where he held the position of head of the legal department. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Soley Saborío Abogados.
